As to my Ayurveda-plan: I did go to Yoga today and this time I was able to do more of the stretches and things than ever before. So I am getting better. Also I made an apointment to to change my training program. So, another step. I am getting better at it.
Starting tonight - hopefully - I will get some more regulare times. Be in bed by 10.00 pm, lights out and ready to sleep.
Oh: should anyone have recipes that use tamarind in them or ginger or kurkuma: just send them.
